The application is designed to help you effectively plan the work of radiologists based on forecasts of the number of upcoming examinations. The system automatically generates schedules and provides a convenient dashboard to track the workload of specialists and the need for additional personnel
We used data from the past six years to train artificial intelligence to predict the number of exams, such as CT and MRI scans. The model has shown over 90% accuracy when validated in real clinics, enabling robust planning and management of physicians' schedules.
The system provides real-time analytics, allowing you to predict the number of trials and the number of doctors required for a selected period. This helps managers to assess the current staffing situation: whether there are enough doctors to perform all tasks, whether it is possible to let someone go on vacation or whether additional staff need to be hired. This approach allows for quick decision-making and optimization of the clinic's work.
Our system is convenient for both physicians and human resources professionals. Physicians can change their own data, specify their preferred working hours - day or night shifts, submit vacation requests or report unforeseen circumstances that will prevent them from working. The system immediately analyzes how an employee's absence will affect the workload of other physicians and the completion of all scheduled tests, and informs management. In addition, physicians receive prompt notification of any changes to their schedules.
As a result, our project is a smart solution that combines modern technologies to optimize medical staff management. We developed the frontend in NUXT.js, providing an intuitive interface, and the backend was built in Python using Flask for reliable data processing. Artificial intelligence based on neural networks accurately predicts the number of studies and specialists needed.
